He has expertise actualizing organization ideas into a working strategy cutting across several sectors.
He has over 30 years of strategic experience starting his management training at Unilever Kenya Ltd where he worked as treasury manager for 2 years (1998) then transitioned to internal audit manager then treasurer and credit manager.
He then moved to Lonrho Africa hotels (Fairmount Hotel/resorts) for a period of 7 years as group financial controller and company secretary, a role that covered all hotels in Kenya, Mozambique and the United Kingdom. This role propelled him to Paynet and PesaPoint ltd on a similar capacity for four years.
He later joined the insurance industry as Finance and strategy director at Madison insurance company Kenya Limited
