Raymond Nyamweya

Raymond Nyamweya is the Principal Consultant (MD) at Rose Avenue Consulting group, a private human resource firm offering services in East Africa region covering the area of corporate finance, strategy, change management, human resource and company secretarial. He has expertise actualizing organization ideas into a working strategy cutting across several sectors.
He has over 30 years of strategic experience starting his management training at Unilever Kenya Ltd where he worked as treasury manager for 2 years (1998) then transitioned to internal audit manager then treasurer and credit manager.
He then moved to Lonrho Africa hotels (Fairmount Hotel/resorts) for a period of 7 years as group financial controller and company secretary, a role that covered all hotels in Kenya, Mozambique and the United Kingdom. This role propelled him to Paynet and PesaPoint ltd on a similar capacity for four years.
He later joined the insurance industry as Finance and strategy director at Madison insurance company Kenya Limited
