Our Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction of the Tribunal
The Tribunal shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine the following matters —
a
Matters referred to it for review of the Authority's decision under section 48.
b
Hearing appeals from the decisions of the Authority.
c
Any other matter arising under the Act.
d
Any other matter referred to it by a competent court of law.
